Paul writes in Hebrews 12:3, “For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself …“
So often we think only of ourselves. This is not a characteristic that defines a disciple of Christ. It is reasonable to ask, then, What Does it Mean to be a Disciple of Christ?
If Christ is our strength, and we are serving our God fully, then we will be anxious for nothing. When we consider Him, we begin to see ourselves as we should and we view those around us through the lens of God’s word and His love. We will let Jesus rule in in our lives.
